Mad Micks' Travels

  I left Castelo Branco on 22nd September because the weather was getting colder and it kept raining. I travelled down to Faro and this time found the Campismo without much problem. When I arrived I was likened to a drowned rat, I was soaked to the skin and all of my bags were wet too. Cornelia, (photo right), who was on a three week holiday at the time, washed and dried all my wet clothes and helped me enormously. Cornelia comes from Rotterdam in Holland.

  In Faro I had to replace my chain and sprocket which were totally worn out due to the weight of the luggage and the terrible roads.

   This is Doris, (right) a 1300 cc Mercedes Benz diesel van, the home of Jeff and Jane. (Below)
